Circumferential welding is the welding of various circular rings and annuli. The weld formed after welding is a closed circular ring. It is widely used in pipe-to-pipe welding, tube-to-sheet welding, pipe flange welding, etc. Circumferential welding can be divided into vertical circumferential welding and horizontal circumferential welding according to the position angle of the weld. Vertical circumferential welding is the radial vertical circumferential welding of pipe fittings, such as the butt welding of vertically placed pipes.
